The thesis deals comparison of house prices in Havlíčkův Brod in 2014 and 2015. The task is to find out and assess influence of lokality for the price of family house. This family house is located in suburb of the town and then for comparison will be moved to the center Havlíčkův Brod. House prices are determined by observed price and market value. The important element of thesis will determine factors, which affect these price.
Determination of the Difference between the Standard Price of a Detached Passive House and Selected Detached Houses in Chomutov and its Surroundings

This master´s thesis is focused on detterminations of the difference between the standard price of a detached passive house and selected detached houses in Chomutov and its surroundings. The theoretical part of the thesis describes the basic terms used in real estate valuation. The main task of this thesis is in Chomutov establish the standard price of houses with regard to their implementation, to evaluate land forming their accessories and assess standart value house without land, in order to eliminate the influence of land price to the price of the property. For valuation has been selected 10 houses from the Ústecký kraj of 3 districts (Chomutov, Louny and Most).

This master’s thesis deals with estimation of the company value. Describes the basic theoretical knowledge of initial analysis and estimation of the company value. It analyzes the current situation in the company R.S. AQUATECH CZ, s. r. o. and practical part of thesis is focused on estimation of the company value.
Possibilities of price determination of object for sport and recreation

This thesis concentrates on setting prices of buildings for sports and recreation using specific budgetary indicators. It mainly defines basic concepts and definitions which concern these issues and are in many cases wrongly used in practice. The creation of a new database for structural objects used in sports buildings in Czech Republic consisting of ten analyzed subjects built in the last five years can be found in the second part of this thesis. Subjects included in the database are for further creation of indicators indexed with transitional indexes. The calculations of two specific budgetary indicators and one final budgetary indicator can also be found in this part of the thesis. These indicators that are linked with the unit price for a square meter of a primary enclosed space, the square meter of a playing area and the price paid by a sitting spectator should match the real costs of a building with the same purpose. The last part of this thesis contains graphic and verbal description of the difference between my own calculated values of budgetary indexes and values published by private companies ÚRS CZ a.s. and RTS, a.s.
